The Canadian Paralympic Committee is now Accepting Applications for its Para-Equipment Fund!

Ottawa, ON (December 1st, 2010) Does your local or provincial club need new adapted sport equipment? We are awarding grants of up to $5,000 to eligible clubs, for a total of $200,000 in grants for both summer and winter sports.

The Para-Equipment Fund (PEF) is a grassroots initiative that aims to assist local and provincial organizations in delivering first contact programming. It is designed to facilitate the participation of an increased number of people with a disability in Para-sport by expanding the availability of introductory-based equipment, particularly for first contact and equipment loan programs.

Apply before January 5, 2011 to take advantage of this great opportunity to expand or start your program!
