The 2011 Canadian Track and Field Championships are quickly
approaching. Taking place at Foothills Athletic Park in Calgary,
Alberta, the championships will serve as the Selection Trials for the
World Championships, Pan American Games, Parapanamerican Games and FISU
Games.
Track and field’s finest will be on display including international
stars such as Dylan Armstrong (4th at the 2008 Olympics), Perdita
Felicien (2-time World champion), Diane Roy (multiple Paralympics
medallist) and local stars such as Sam Effah (100-metres), Amonn Nelson
(400-metres) and Jessica Zelinka (heptathlon).
