Marketing Director
Hugues Gibeault is President and co-founder of Optimé International, a leading sales effectiveness consulting firm to Fortune 500 companies. Hugues is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company’s North American business. Under his leadership, Optimé has helped companies achieve superior sales performance and business results, along with industry-leading levels of employee engagement. Prior to co-founding Optimé, Hugues was Vice President Sales of a professional sports franchise, Marketing Director of the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association and Alpine Canada Alpin, and began his career with Procter & Gamble.
Hugues serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Paralympic Committee as the Director of Marketing and Partner Relations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Sports Administration - SPAD) from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
